Conflicting Ideas

Have you ever get one idea for a comic project, and then end up getting more and more ideas that ends up making you feel frustrated as to what you want to do with said comic project?

I'm currently having that problem. I'm starting to get conflicting ideas for the new photo-comic that I hope to get started on sometime in 2010. My initial idea was something akin to "The Secret of NIMH," but now -- especially after reading and re-reading my favorite photo-comics on TFW2005 -- I'm getting a whole bunch of ideas that would make this new, yet-to-be-titled comic project of mine be more reminiscent to Mini-Bot's "Comic Fluff" and Polencius's "Warring at Play" as far as certain story elements are concerned.

Until I can get things figured out as far as I want to do with this new photo-comic, I'm afraid that I won't be getting started on making it anytime soon.

New comic idea

I've had this idea since I saw all of the Trailers for James Cameron's new movie "Avatar" on the internet recently. I'm going to see the movie this weekend and after that I'm planning to turn this new idea into a comic script. Anyway my idea is a photo-comic that parodies "Avatar" but I replace the humans with GI Joes, the robot suits they use with Transformers and the Na'vi with Smurfs. I personally think it would make an awesome comic. I don't know what I will call this comic so I'm open to title suggestions and constructive criticism on the idea. Thanks in advance.
